What’s easier than an on-the-go super snack? These mini protein bites are no-bake treats packed with lasting energy and healthy ingredients. They are super easy, and I was able to pull them together as a quarantine activity with my younger brother. All the ingredients are simple pantry finds. Super fun for children to get their hands dirty and help put together this recipe.
